RFHIC’s RRP27311K0-22 is a 1kw S-band pulsed pallet amplifier built with RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium-nitride (GaN) HEMTs. The RRP27311K0-22 operates at 2700 to 3100 MHz (S-band), delivering a power gain of 22dB and a duty cycle of up to 10%. The RRP27311K0-22 is designed ideally for various radar applications such as weather radar, military radar, maritime radar, and more. The RRP27311K0-22 is the ideal replacement for aged vacuum tube-based systems providing more digital controllability, less spurious harmonics, and compact size.
