RFHIC’s RRP56570R5-28 is a 0.6W, C-band, GaN solid-state power amplifier designed for various radar applications, including military and weather radar. The RRP56570R5-28 pulse amplifier pallet with a 10% duty cycle designed with RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and high breakdown voltage.
